GREY 6MM THICK FOAM FITNESS MAT: Workout to the max with this fitness mat from Core Balance. At 6mm thick, it strikes a perfect balance between stability and comfort. NON-SLIP FOR SUPPORT & STABILITY: The mat is made from PVC foam which feels stickier than the foam used on thicker types of mat, such as Pilates mats. WHAT MAKES THE MAT GOOD FOR YOGA? Thickness is key when selecting a yoga mat.
