Chivas 75 Ingredients: 30ml Chivas XV, 20ml fresh lemon juice, 20ml sugar syrup, Champagne and fresh cherry to garnish Directions: Add all of the ingredients except the champagne into a shaker and fill with ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds, fine strain into a champagne flute and then top with champagne. Drop a cherry into the glass to garnish
