Bulleit is especially high in rye content, giving it a bold, spicy character with a distinctively smooth finish. The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit Bourbon comes from its unique blend of rye, corn and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Bulleit Bourbon is a medium amber in colour with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. It's mid-palate and smooth tones of maple, oak and nutmeg are followed by a long, dry and satiny finish with a light toffee flavour.
